My approach is to thoroughly understand your business and it’s structure by starting with an analysis and documentation of the financial statements and management reporting, I’ll then review your actual and projected cash flows, budgets and financial models. By then, taking into account your competitive position within the industry, I’ll be able to clearly demonstrate the results and propose a strategy for improvement and growth of the company. Ultimately, my aim is to maximize your projected cash flows to allow you the time and confidence to focus fully on future growth.
Once the necessary changes have been implemented and we’re both comfortable the business is on the correct path forward, my direct level of involvement will likely lessen.
My ‘immersive’ approach toward client relationships, described above, is likely to be the case with small to medium-sized companies. Larger customers may wish to use my services on more of a ‘plug in’ basis.
Rates:
My fees are very much dependent upon the size and complexity of your operations and the nature of work I’ll be performing.
As a very rough guide my rates can fluctuate between $50-$135/hour - maybe less, depending upon the length of your assignment. Let’s talk about what works for you!
